We do our very best to keep your appointment on the date and time you selected , however there are situations where we might need to adjust your appointment.
If for some reason our staff cannot accommodate that time we will attempt to contact you by sending you an email AND calling with other date/time options for you to choose from.
We hope you don't need to cancel with us, but we understand that things do come up.
We encourage you to reschedule your appointment if the scheduled time does not work for you.
If you do need to cancel we ask that you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a $35 cancellation fee.
Yes, our company has general liability business insurance through Shelter Insurance and we are licensed.
